Camp Boss

Oversee daily camp operations, logistics, and workforce welfare across AFLS field sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

  • Proven experience managing remote or field camp operations.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, logistics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary field teams and coordinate with suppliers.
